- Red flags – headaches, PU, haematuria
- Others – abdo pain
- Examine – BP, pulse, abdomen, urine dip

- Inherited condition where fluid filled lumps (cysts) form on kidneys
- Often no symptoms until patient is older
- Common problems include high BP and reduced kidney function
- 50% chance of passing gene on
- Autosomal dominant – draw inheritance
Ix
- Urine dip – protein, blood
- Bloods – U+Es
- USS KUB
Tx
- Refer – genetics counselling, gene testing
- CV risk – smoking, diet, exercise

- Annual bloods
