- Hydrocoele – fluid around scrotal sac, can leave alone or offer surgery
- Varicocele – dilated veins, like varicose veins on leg, can leave alone or offer surgery
- Epididymo-orchitis – irritation of tube from testicle, usually caused by infection – antibiotics, analgesia
- Follow-up / Safety net – any signs of torsion (severe testicular pain), refer immediately
