daily oestrogen and progesterone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow-up \/ Safety net\n<ul>\n<li>HRT &#8211; follow up after 3 months of starting then 6 monthly thereafter &#8211;
